Donations to DCI

Donations no longer accepted

From time to time, hams have offered to donate money in support of DCI's efforts.  Since we began HAM IPSC in 2009, long before the c-Bridge, we have never accepted any offers though the offers were very much appreciated.

But since the new c-Bridge Gen 2 "X" Boxes have been released, the entire approach to single repeater networking has been made a very realistic option and therefore, we have changed our approach to donations somewhat.

Beginning November 1, 2013, what DCI would like to do, if you do care to donate in support of our efforts, is simply send your donation to DCI so that we can sent it on to our colo facility.  DCI has long been supported by a personal friend, ham and ex-TRBO repeater owner who owns the data network facility that hosts our c-Bridge.  So any donations made to DCI via this page will go only to cover the co-location costs.

If you prefer to use a check, NO7RF is good at qrz.com, thank you.

Please let us know if you do not wish your name and call listed here as a supporter of the DCI Network and Data Center, as it will by default, be posted below.

If you have read this far on this page, then I thank you much for your interest or thoughts of support even if you elect not to go further.  Most folks don't appreciate the time, money and effort for this network to exist, nor for it to support TRBO repeater owner with connections built up over the past few years.  While motivation has been for the enjoyment of the Amateur Radio hobby, it still is a labor of love...and a money pit.  :-)     Mike, NO7RF

If you really only want access to a manager on DCI and not be part of our ham group, you might find this of interest.
